HEALTH & VITALITY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
Once you have your Healthy & Vitality Roadmap in hand, the Health & Vitality Transformation Program is designed to put that plan into action.

Your transformational program starts with your story; the key to understanding YOU. I'll ask you a lot of questions to better understand your medical and relevant life history. Based on how you respond, I will create a personalized plan tailored to meet your needs and goals.

I've incorporated many of the principles from the Institute of Functional Medicine and HeartMath Institute to help patients stay well, now and beyond the era of Coronavirus.

As part of the program, you'll work with a health coach on a regular basis to make it easier to put the plan into action.
